Ingredients
Baby corn
Mushroom
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Shallots
Garlic
Ginger
Green chilli
Chilli flakes
Oil
Salt
Flour
Directions:
In a deep pan add oil and heat it for frying
Meanwhile in a bowl add flour , water and salt to make a slurry and then coat all the vegetables in the slurry
Now fry the vegetables till the outer layer looks golden brown and crispy!
Transfer the veggies on a parchment paper to soak the oil up!
Now in a different pan add 2tbsp oil and finely chopped ginger , garlic and green chillies. After about 3 mins add finely chopped shallots and sauté for about 5 mins on a medium flame.
Then add chilli flakes and salt to your desired taste and mix for about 30 seconds. Add the fried vegetables and sauté for another 4-5 mins.
Serve hot with bread of choice. Enjoy your crispy chilli garlic vegetables and let us know if you like it
