The session blends movement, breath, and mindfulness, with time to slow down and unwind through guided relaxation and breathwork at the end.

Ósk is an experienced yoga teacher with a passion for supporting students of all abilities by offering clear guidance, options, and a calm, friendly atmosphere. Her teaching style is creative, mindful, and grounding, with an emphasis on stress reduction, balance, and sustainable movement.
