Where is it?

The Residence Life Assistants (RLAs) responsible for Cartwright Court and Roy Jenkins hold events in the social space located on Daviot Street (see map below!):

The social space is directly opposite the Reception and facing towards the railway line. It can be accessed through the metal gates (see below!) If the gates are open it means an event is running - so pop in and say hello!

Directions:

From Block A and B: Our social space is located on the right hand side of the road crossing the Reception.

From Houses 1-14: From the Reception, walk down Daviot Street, when you cross the road the social space is on your left.

Look out for our event posters in the social space window!

What’s in there?

We hold regular events on site, including coffee lounges with board games and waffle nights. Throughout the academic year we also hold special events organised by the RLAs. Some of these have included pizza nights, D&D nights and trips off-site to local cafes and shops. All the events are free to attend and most of them provide refreshments and snacks!

In addition to the social space, look out for our red marquee on the lawn between A & B block when the weather is a little better!

When we are there?

We hold regular events every week. These include:

• Wednesdays @ 6:30 – 9:00 pm Coffee Lounge
• Thursdays @ 6:30 – 9:00 pm Coffee Lounge
  
• Sundays @ 3:00 – 5:00 pm Waffle Waffle
  

You're welcome to come along and chat with the RLAs whilst enjoying a hot drink and a quiet place to relax!
