Creative journalling evenings with prompts & snacks!
Join us for a calm, creative weekly journaling evening designed to help you slow down, reflect, and unwind in a relaxed, supportive space.
Each week features a different journaling theme, such as thinking journals, manifestation journaling, or bullet journaling. Guided prompts and tips will be provided, and students are free to choose what resonates with them and work at their own pace. You can write, draw, decorate, or simply sit and reflect — there’s no right or wrong way to take part.
All materials will be provided, you are recommended to bring your own journal and in case you don't have , we will have some extras! (you’re welcome to bring personal photos or items to include in your journal if you’d like). The session is informal and social, and you’re welcome to come alone or with friends.
Free hot drinks (including hot chocolate) and cookies will be available, with vegetarian options provided. Please speak to the organisers if you have any additional dietary requirements.
The event takes place in an accessible building with step-free access, lifts, and accessible restrooms. Seating is available, and participation is flexible, with alternative non-writing activities (such as drawing or decorating) offered. Students are welcome to take breaks or step out as needed.
