Join us for a relaxed and reflective Mindfulness Book Club at the CSL. This is a welcoming space to explore books that inspire mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal growth. Bring a book of your choice related to mindfulness to discuss or simply come along and explore one of the books we’ll have available. Whether you want to share insights or just listen, all are welcome.
