Starting on Thursday, 27 April at 7 P.M at Talybont Social Centre with a launch party that will the set the tone for an 8 week journey of exploring this this insightful book. With hot drinks and biscuits to enjoy, we'll dive into a new chapter each week, providing you with the opportunity to reflect on the thought-provoking insights presented by Dr. Julie Smith.
What's more, we'll even provide copies of the book, with one lucky attendee receiving a signed copy by the author herself! So, don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity to connect with others, learn valuable strategies and tools to help navigate life's challenges and find greater happiness.
